The complex is based on an automatic access control system to the school building, which allows to provide protection against unauthorized entry into the school by unauthorized persons using individual contactless access cards. Safe School Complex - access control and management system for educational institutions.

The complex "Safe school" provides:
  • restriction of unauthorized access to the school building;
  • photo identification in order to avoid transferring the card to another person (when holding the card to the turnstile reader, a photo of the student or employee to whom this card was issued is displayed on the guard's computer);
  • monitoring of school attendance by students and employees with the ability to monitor and compile analytical reports;
  • notifying parents about the time of the child's entrance and exit from the school building using SMS messages;
  • payment for meals in the school cafeteria using contactless cards;
  • sending school informational messages to parents of students about parent meetings and other school events, about the need to pay for additional educational services, etc.;
The complex includes automatic turnstiles, fencing with the possibility of instant organization of an open passage (the "anti-panic" system), an access control system that identifies access cards and controls turnstiles, a set of access cards for all students, teachers and school employees (including a set of spare cards).

The "SMS-informing" service (sending SMS messages to the parent's mobile phone at the time of the child's entrance and exit from the school building) is provided to parents on a commercial basis.

Definitions:

UPC – universal plastic card with built-in RFID, NFC and biometric tags.

RFID reader – a radio frequency identification device connected to a computer that reads information from an RFID tag on the CPC. This device is permanently connected to the accounting system. The reading range is from 20cm. to 5m.

NFC reader – a stationary device connected to a computer. It is intended for fixing the movement of objects (CPC) marked with NFC tags.

Biometric scanner – a device for identifying a person by individual characteristics – by fingerprints, iris, hand shape, voice, DNA, facial features, pattern of blood vessels of the fingers and palm.

Software – software.

Constant monitoring of actions performed by a child at school (kindergarten) and beyond, significantly increases the level of his safety.

The proposed utility model is a system using a Universal plastic card (CPC), with which a child is automatically registered at the moment of passing through the front door of a school or kindergarten. At the same time, the entrance door to the school is not blocked by any turnstiles and other devices.

With the help of an RFID reader, the System identifies the child at an average distance according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, which lies in the pocket of clothes, bags or, in the form of a token hanging around the child's neck. The RFID reader is located next to the security guard's workplace and is connected to a personal computer.

If the RFID identification failed for some reason, then the child undergoes an alternative identification using an NFC reader and a biometric scanner. The child first brings the CPC to the NFC reader, then passes a biometric scanner. The data read from the NFC reader and the biometric scanner are compared and if they are identical, the child is considered to have passed identification. The NFC reader and biometric scanner are located next to the security guard's workplace and are connected to a personal computer.

After successful operation of the RFID/NFC reader, the video camera connected to the local network is also activated. The video camera takes a photo-snapshot, which is transmitted to the personal computer of the guard.

The system also allows you to track movements inside the school (classroom, group, canteen, library, elective, sports section). In addition to this, the system can provide monitoring of attendance of lessons online (thereby solving the problem of absences due to illness and the possibility of studying several additional courses and electives). Attendance control is provided using a mobile device on the teacher's desk with NFC support and the student's CPC. With direct contact of the CPC and the mobile device, data is read from the CPC and further data is recorded in the database of class visits.

Saving recordings of online lessons in electronic storage and access to an electronic library will enable students to restore various episodes of the lesson in their memory and allow them to study subjects more deeply.

In the system, the student will be able to independently pass online testing for self-assessment of knowledge, as a result of which checking his knowledge will become a common action for him and will not cause psychological stress when passing a single test. In addition, the system allows you to get additional information about the student's grades, about books borrowed from the library, about meals in the cafeteria, and other events.

The system can reliably report the whereabouts of a child not only at school, but also outside it. The card is paired with the child's phone by linking his biometric parameters to it. In case of disconnection of the phone from the CPC for more than a certain time, the system notifies this by sound and text notification to the phone of the child and the parent (authorized person).

A phone with a mobile application installed performs the following functions in the system:

- a device that reads biometric parameters,

- a controller that ensures the constant presence of a child's CPC,

- a beacon integrated with a GPS monitoring system, which allows you to constantly determine the location of the child.

The CPC performs the following functions in the system:

- storage of biometric parameters;

- a child's pass;

- a payment instrument.

Information about the movements and actions of the child is tracked by the system and sent to the parent (or other authorized person) on the mobile application in his phone in the form of notifications.

When using the CPC as a payment instrument, it is unnecessary for a child to have cash, funds on the account are used for payment, payment confirmation passes through the reading of biometric parameters, thereby the system solves a number of problems:

- the risk of a child becoming a victim of violence in order to select cash;

- the probability of loss or theft of money;

- misuse of funds,

parents transfer money to the child's criminal procedure Code and thereby prevent the possibility of buying drugs, alcohol or tobacco products.

It is also possible to pay for public transport. To do this, you need to install an NFC reader in public transport and provide access to the Internet. When the child's CPC comes into contact with an NFC reader, the fare is paid.

With the CPC, it is possible to implement the protection of the child (his moral and psychological norms and principles) from unwanted information (scenes of violence, cruelty, pornography and calls for suicide). This is monitored by the system and permission is given to receive information only by the level of access entered into the system and determined in accordance with the age of the child. Login to the system is performed after entering the login and access password, or by reading the card and entering biometric parameters. Thus, the information received by the child in the system will be directed in the direction necessary for his successful and harmonious development.
